Connect Kept to
the tools you already run.

Kept works on its own. Connect the rest of your stack and it checks calls against your documents, briefs you from your mail and calendar, and turns what was agreed into tickets and posts, once you approve them.

GmailGoogle Workspace

Reads the threads around a project, so a brief or an answer includes what was agreed by email. Replies are drafted for you to send.

Read · Draft
Google CalendarGoogle Workspace

Knows your next meeting, so the recording starts titled, filed under its project and briefed ten minutes before.

Read
Google DriveGoogle Workspace

Reads the files a project points to, so an answer can cite the document as well as the call.

Read
Google DocsGoogle Workspace

Publish notes and decisions into a doc, with every timestamp linking back to the recording.

Read · Write
Google SheetsGoogle Workspace

Reads the numbers a project runs on, which is how a seat count in a sheet gets checked against the call.

Read · Write
Google MeetGoogle Workspace

Meet calls are recorded from your computer, with the attendee names carried through to the speakers.

Record
Google ContactsGoogle Workspace

Puts names to voices, so a speaker named once stays named in every call after.

Read

How connectors work

Connect once.
Never be asked again.

One encrypted token per person, renewed quietly in the background. Each connector lists what it can do, and you switch each capability on or off on its own, and anything that writes or sends starts off.

  • Read Runs quietly

Calendar, mail, files and tickets are read to build your brief and answer questions. Nothing is changed.

  • Write Drafted, then approved

Creating a ticket or editing a page is drafted first and shown to you. It happens only when you say so.

  • Send as you Off until you turn it on

Slack messages and email in your name stay off by default. You switch each one on yourself, per connector.

Missing one
you depend on?

Tell us what you run and we will tell you where it sits on the list, or build it if enough people ask.
